Milk system cleaner

Modern fully automatic coffee machines can do far more than just make coffee or espresso. More and more machines also have a milk frother or conjure up a cappuccino or latte macchiato at the press of a button.

Considering how perishable milk is, it quickly becomes obvious that all parts coming into contact with the milk require thorough cleaning.

We included all the experience gathered with our quality products so far in the development phase. We were also inspired by the advice and recommendations of renowned device manufacturers. The result is the milk system cleaner.

It is capable of cleaning all relevant parts and is simple, hygienic and clean. During the cleaning process, our product removes all fat and protein deposits that develop when making cappuccino or caffe latte in a foodsafe manner.

The sensitive materials of your automatic cappuccino maker are protected and stay clean and pure longer. Milk System Cleaner guarantees you the best cappuccino quality, optimum care through the addition of special additives and thus a long service life for your valuable appliance.

As the milk system cleaner is a concentrate, approx. 20ml mixed with 200ml of conventional water is sufficient to clean a machine. Therefore, it is not only efficient but also economical.

Of course we attach great importance to safety, particularly to that of our children. For example, the milk system cleaner in the consumer version (500ml & 1000ml bottles) has a certified child safety cap.

Workshop

The workshop product (10l canister) has a tamper-proof closure, which guarantees an undiluted product; as an optional extra we provide an outlet tap, which extremely simplifies dosing.

1. Fill the milk system cleaner undiluted or diluted according to the manufacturer’s instructions into the appropriate container and start the cleaning programme according to the instructions.
2. Rinse the device and the container thoroughly with tap water after the cleaning process.
3. Ready!

The device / container is now clean to food-safe level and is free from all fat and protein deposits. Ceragol ultra Pronto CremaClean can be heated without concern. ceragol ultra milk system cleaner can be heated without hesitation. There is no need to switch off electrical devices and allow them to cool down.

1. Fill the milk system cleaner undiluted or diluted according to the manufacturer’s instructions into the appropriate container.
2. For fully automatic coffee machines, the milk suction hose can be inserted directly into the bottle and ceragol ultra milk system cleaner tightened until it comes out at the milk frothing nozzle / cappucinatore.
3. Nozzles, accessories and small parts etc. can be directly placed in the cleaning solution.
4. Leave the milk system cleaner on for approx. 30 – 90 seconds, depending on the degree of soiling.
5. Then rinse very thoroughly with tap water.
6. Ready!
